CCP Central Committee Notice Concerning the Establishment of the Central Spiritual Civilization Construction Leading Committee

On the basis of the “Central Committee Resolution concerning Some Important Questions in Strengthening Socialist Spiritual Civilization Construction” passed at the 6th Plenum of the 14th Party Committee, the Centre has decided to establish a Central Spiritual Civilization Construction Leading Committee. The Central Spiritual Civilization Construction Leading Committee is a consultation organ of the Party Central Committee to guide nationwide spiritual civilization construction work. Its main functions are: supervising and inspecting all localities and all departments’ situation of implementing the spirit of the 6th Plenum of the 14th Party Congress and the series of principles and policies concerning spiritual civilization construction, coordinatedly resolve problems relating to spiritual civilization construction, and mainly those in ideological, moral and cultural construction aspects, and summarize, disseminate and exchange advanced experiences.

Notice concerning Establishing the Central Spiritual Civilization Construction Guiding Committee

According to the “CCP Central Committee Decision concerning Some Important Issues in Strengthening Socialist Spiritual Civilization Construction passed by the 6th Plenum of the 14th Central Committee, the Central Committee has decided to establish the Central Spiritual Civilization Construction Guiding Committee. The Central Spiritual Civilization Construction Guiding Committee is the Party Centre’s executive organ to guide spiritual civilization construction work nationwide. Its main tasks are: stimulating the inspection of the situation in all localities and departments of implementing the spirit of the 6th Plenum of the 14th Party Congress and the series of principles and policies of the Centre concerning spiritual civilization construction, coordinating the resolution of relevant issues in spiritual civilization and especially in aspects of ideological, moral and cultural construction, summarizing, spreading and exchanging advanced experiences.
