At present, the radio and television programme production and television drama production organ re-examination and registration work is basically completed, according to relevant regulations such as the “Radio  and Television Management Regulations”, etc., the relevant matters concerning the “Radio and Television Programme Production Permit” and the “Television Drama Production Permit” are notified as followed:

In order to further make television screens flourish, according to relevant laws, regulations and policies such as the “Radio and Television Management Regulations”, etc., our Administration has decided to, from 1 November 1998 onwards, implement a domestic television drama distribution permit system.
