The “Provisional Radio and Television Advertising Broadcast Management Rules” were passed at the Administration meeting of 18 August 2003, are hereby promulgated, and take effect on 1 January 2004.

In order to deeply implement the spirit of the 16th Party Congress, and at the same time as forcefully making cultural undertakings flourish, vigorously develop cultural industries, hereby, integrating the culture work reality, the following opinions on supporting and stimulating cultural industry development are put forward.
