In order to deeply implement the spirit of the 16th Party Congress, adapt to the requirements of new circumstances and new tasks, completely raise the ideological and moral quality of minors, hereby, the following opinions on further strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors are put forward.

Opinions Concerning Stimulating Radio and Television Industry Development

In order to deeply implement the spirit of the 16th Party Congress, accelerate reform and development of the radio, film and television industry, according to the general requirements of the Centre concerning deepening culture structural reform, integrating the reality of radio, film and television work, the following opinions are hereby raised to stimulate radio, film and television industry development.
