The “Foreign Television Programme Import and Broadcast Management Regulations” were passed on 15 June 2004 at the departmental meeting, are hereby promulgated, and take effect on 21 October 2004.

The “Supreme People’s Court and Supreme People’s Procuratorate Interpretation of Some Questions on Concretely Applicable Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Using the Internet or Mobile Communication Terminals and Voicemail Platforms to Produce, Reproduce, Publish, Peddle or Disseminate Obscene Electronic Information” has been passed on the 1323rd meeting of the Supreme People’s Court Trial Committee Meeting on 1 September 2004, by the 26th meeting of the 10th Procuratorate Committee of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, is hereby promulgated, and takes effect on 6 September 2004
